CLASSES

All squads

This class is for keiki age 4-18. We split the classes up into age and experience groups.

Tuesdays & Thursdays

4:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Wrestling

This class is for athletes who want to sharpen their grappling game by learning the fundamentals of wrestling. Years 10 and older.

Wednesdays

3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Competition team

This class is for athletes who are getting ready to compete.
